Club Financial Obligations for the 2018-2019 Season

Financial Assistance

Nor Cal Rush has established a limited pool of funds to provide financial assistance to players from low income families who cannot afford the full cost of our Competitive program. Financial aid only applies to the Club's Competitive Training fees.  The maximum discount for these fees is 50%. Families of competitive players receiving financial assistance will be 100% responsible for all team, tournament, registration and uniform fees. Eligibility for financial assistance is based on verified household income in accordance with the guidelines established for the Federal WIC program and on the availability of funds. Program Cost

Participation in the Competitive program requires a financial commitment which can be broken down into the following categories:

  • Registration Fee - This annual fee covers the cost of CYSA league play and a portion of the administrative costs of the Club.  Registration fees are paid directly to the club.

  • Competitive Training Fee - This annual fee covers the cost of outdoor training fields and lights, field maintenance and the cost of professional coaching for training sessions and games (where applicable). This fee also covers the cost of games and referees for the  Spring and/or Fall season. Competitive Training Fees are paid directly to the club.

Commitment

ALL players/families within the Nor Cal Rush program agree to participate from August 2018 through July 2019. At a minimum, the Rush program includes a fall outdoor season and a spring outdoor season.  At least two practices and games or tournaments on the weekends occur during the fall  and spring outdoor season. Families are expected to honor the commitment they make to their coach and team as well as, their financial obligations. Families who do not pay their fees in a timely fashion will be listed as players in poor standing with Nor Cal Rush, disallowing them from participating with any Club programs until fees are brought current,.  Players may be benched until fees are paid.  Additionally, all club and team payments are to be paid in full even if players are unable to attend or participate due to injury or absence for any reason unless otherwise agreed upon and approved by the Nor Cal Rush..

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on any of the 1st payment fees (Registration Fee) that are due May 31st, 2017  

There are no refunds on uniforms.
